I believe that my finger is human. I don't believe that fetuses should have legal protection as a person.

Based on your answer, does your finger deserve more legal protection than a fetus? Not that I agree with your belief - so, ultimately who is right?

Depends what part of the pregnancy. I think it's a mistake to "all or nothing" protections.

I understand that you dont believe they should have legal protection, but if you could expound on whether or not you believe them to be human or not. or if you believe there is a point when they become human, what is that point?

Yes. They are human from before conception (both human eggs and human semen are human) to after death (a human corpse is human). Is this really on-topic?
