| On Sunday we bought two sacks of corn on the cob to freeze. What we do is first peal the corn, then we remove as much of the stringy stuff that we can. Then we cook the corn by boiling it for five of six minutes and then we drain the corn and rinse it (to cool it and to keep it from cooking anymore). Then we cut the corn off the cob and freeze it in ziplock bags. It takes a little while but it tastes great, even after you freeze it. We did all that yesterday. Other than that there isn't very much going on right now. Well got to go, See ya'll.
