| Owing to the Free Stuff Forum... I'd like to try out www.freeipods.com . Has anyone done it before? I'd like someone to walk me through it... For instance, is there any way to do it completely free? How so? I set up a Yahoo account, so I don't care if there's spam e-mail, but is there spam mail? I don't really want to give my address in return for junk mail... But yeah, help? |

#3 | | Baby #2 is here! | Dude...dont do it. This is a dead forum that should be closed. I did it, and had NOBODY help me out. Basically you sign up for a service, and you HAVE TO CANCEL after the trial is completed. If you dont, then you get charged anywhere from 25-100 bucks out of the blue.
Then you have to get (trick) people into doing the same. After 5 people have signed up using you as a referral, then you actually do get a free ipod or whatever.
It wouldnt be so bad if people were active in here, but they are not. its not worth the trouble...and honestly, Ive gone through the process for myself, and all I need are the referrals, but I got screwed and dont want to be the one who brings a fellow cgr'er down.
If you have any other questions PM me.

| Okay, thanks. I looked at it again, and don't really want to do it anymore. Thanks for the words of wisdom! |

#5 | | Cool enough Administrator | I did it. Completely for me. Did not have to "trick" anyone into anything. They knew upfront exactly what they were getting into.
Now, I am just waiting to get approved. |

| Yeah, I didn't have to "trick" anyone into anything. I eneded up paying two people I think, 5-10 bucks. But that's not bad for a 30gb video ipod. I actually ended up with 6 referrals I believe. I recieved my ipod in 2-3 weeks after my fifth referral came through. The whole process went quite smoothly for me.

This is all legit and legal. PM me for more questions. If you sign up through my link and complete an offer, I will give you $10 after I'm given credit for your completion. The blockbuster deal is $10 and you get movies for a month and 4 in-store coupons for movies. So if you cancel before you're billed for the second month you basically are getting free movies sent to you and 4 coupons for free.
I get paid everytime you click this. |

#8 | | Baby #2 is here! | Its ok though.
I asked for help quite a few times (from some mods) and my answer was, read the guidelines and join a line.
Line? I have to go back very far to find a "line".
Perhaps I just got the lost in the busy-ness.

| Couldn't you just make 5 email addresses and use each of those as your referrals or whatever?
