Recipe For Sopapillas
Does anyone have a good semi-easy recipe for Sopapillas? I've been looking online, but I couldn't really find anything.

Allrecipes.com turns up three results for sopapillas. They all seem pretty simple (and almost identical).

This one includes a roll in cinnamon sugar:
