the only difference between now and a couple days ago is that he could now ban us mods if he wanted (/if the occasion called for it)

No, no, no. We're still safe for another 4 years. That prophecy doesn't come to pass until 2010 when I become Smod and ban over 50% of the active members. (^_^)
