LEMs

Hi...
I had a question about Lay Eucharistic Ministers in the Episcopal Church. (why i'm wondering this is a long story, but...)

What can and cannot LEMs do? Do they only give out bread in a Eucharist being celebrated by a priest/pastor? Or they able to celebrate/administer communion in a circumstance where this is no priest/pastor, like a Deacon's Mass? And/or, is there any provision in the ecusa by-laws (or whatever - canon laws?) for lay people celebrating Eucharist when there is no priest/pastor available?
Just curious - thanks!

You can give communion to someone at the church or take it to the sick.

No.

No. If you're going to function sacramentally, with the exception of a few circumstances (baptism in an emergancy or annointing the sick), you have to be ordained to be a sacramental minister in the ECUSA, or any Anglican church for that matter.
