None of you are picking on me, i just wanted your attention...

After my sight had been deemed unfixable, I shared with my chapel congregation one Sunday aobut how God has opened my spiritual eyes tenfold when my physical ones were lacking. I take so much for granted as truth because it was what I saw, or think I saw. But God has taught me that I have to have the same faith in Him and his constant love and grace, that He will always be there for me, even if I have to fall into his arms blindly.

I don't know why you would want us to make fun of you. In fact, we should be giving you high fives for sharing your story with us.

Thanks for sharin' ShyStrings.

Hey Shy, you do have eyes that look beyond what's on the surface. I wish I were there when you were giving that testimony.

Hey thanks Wes. I only wish it didnt mean losing one sight to gain the new one I have. But I still made out like a bandit in the deal.

thanks for sharing that Shystrings. you probably don't realise, how encouraging it is for me, to hear you speak about something, which can be, I'm sure (i don't speak from experience) very challenging and discouraging to your faith. And you come out of the experience Boldly. Seeing the ways in which God has worked for the good (see Romans 8:28). I am greatly encouraged by what you have said. And would love it if you could maybe post on the testimonies/sharing section, what things you said, when you stood in front of the congregation at you church.
† God Bless †
Andy

Talking glasses

I have glasses too, but I usually don't wear them unless I have to, like when I'm in a class and can't read what's on the board, or when I go to the church because I can't read the overheads. I like having the extra vision only when I need it. It sorta makes you feel like a secret agent or something. I guess I'm weird.
