I guess thats a NO.

Its dutch I would think, judging by the name. It doesnt sound good because it is FAR out of tune and my parents are taking forever to get this guy to tune it. They wont ask him. I have considered doing it myself but the strings are so old, I'm afraid I would pop one

Yeah, they still make them too. see the Bluebook of Pianos, on the web for free. It will tell you were they are from as well
