we have one! only it's called "formal" instead of prom. *rolls eyes* and we don't do like the king and queen stuff... but it's still a really cool thing. I love it!! Ours won't be until spring though, so I have awhile to wait.

"Real proms'' are for public schoolers.

But yeah, I have a lot of homeschooled friends and I went with one to his "prom." It was pretty fun.

yeah I wish we had a "REAL" prom too. but the formal is still fun!! what do you do at your formal? we have dinner/pictures and then some form of entertainment... it's never been music though.

I agree some of the parents threw a FIT over dancing, so they took away the music altogether... that's why I wish we had a "real prom" *L*plus we aren't allowed to bring anyone else, it's just the people in the homeschool group

A homeschool "prom." That's interesting. I've never heard of one.
My public school friends were trying to get me to go to their prom. They keep telling me that just because I don't go to their school, doesn't mean that I can't go to their prom. Whateverness. My parents weren't thrilled with that idea.

Yeah...I know Im not too thrilled with the idea of going to any kind of prom..lol. I cant stand parties anyways...
