ooh. you make jewelry!

I love making jewelry. in fact, earrings are some of the most common presents my friends get, and 85% of the time they are homemade. I have spread out into making some bracelets and (very few) necklaces as well, though.

so fun.

dumb statement du jour: a stadium's like a big building, right?

read more books! listen to more classical, jazz and world music! play more other stringed instruments!

Heck yes it is.

I LIKE YOUR JEWELRY A LOT. It is pretty. I like the big red bead. Beads get me all excited. I love making jewelry.

Pliers and wires and such: Aren't they fun? I lurve them. I have like, 3 or 4 sets of pliers. Except now I use them more for stringing my guitar than for making jewelry, which needs to be changed.

Which leads to the obvious question of whether you make jewelery out of guitar strings. Because I want to know what you did with the guitar string you got from the guy from The Afters.

I can make jewelry out of guitar strings. Well, I think I can. I haven't tried, but I am sure I could do something cool with them. As far as The Afters' guy's guitar string, he had already looped it and clipped it for me so it is still the way it was when I got it. SO IF YOU WANT SOMETHING AWESOME MADE FROM GUITAR STRINGS, I HAVE LOTS OF CLIPPED ONES SITTING IN A BAG SOMEWHERE AND I'LL HAVE MORE PRETTY SOON BECAUSE I HAVE TO RE-STRING ZARDO.

Okay. Um. Stay on topic. Or something.

I'm such a bad mod.

I'm a guy, but I wear jewelry too. I have a gold ring with a 3/10 diamond karat in it. I also have two sterling silver Navajo bracelets with a sterling silver Navajo ring with a turqoise set in it. I have a tenth diamond karat stud for my earring (left ear), and that is usually about it.
