| Adoption What do you guys think about single parent adoption?
I've been thinking about adopting and wanting to do so for years and years. There are some things I need to get in line first, but I'd really like to adopt within the next 2-3 years. What are your opinions on this?

| I think that if you are in a spot and capable of single parenting, then go for it! The only thing would be if you plan on marrying in the future, cause that could cause some issues if the child was older when you got married (nothing that couldn't be dealt with though). That's great that you want to adopt!!!! |

| My aunt is a single woman who recently adopted. She's doing well. The only things I see her really struggling with is time to get her work done, and money: stuggles that I am sure present themselves for a married couple as well, but perhaps not to as great an extreme.

| My opinion:
Two parents > one parent > no parents.

Sweet girl, you're still young don't give up hope yet k? You do have to be 25 to adopt as well so you have a few years to pray and think over this. Please pray about this a great deal before making such a life altering decision, a baby isn't a baby for long. Just make sure this is something you desire because you can provide for a baby, even more because you feel it is what God desires for you and not just because you desire to have a baby to love and to love you back.
