not sure if this has been done before or where to put it (theology?)but....

in your opinion, which is better: Diversity or Assimilation

Yes.

(Yes is generally the best answer to most either/or questions since they tend to ignore the possibility of a mix between the two. Of course, in some cases, "no," is the best answer. For example, the best answer to the nature/nurture debate is "no.")

Well, now that you phrase it that way, the answer is no. Looking at almost any issue as an either-or is a bad idea.
