It's a tie between Grape Nut Flakes (unhappily I don't think they sell it in Canada) and Vector. I can't stand a lot of breakfast cereals because sugary stuff just grosses me out in the morning.

Total Vanilla Yogurt, Plain Cheerios (no sugar added either), Cocoa Puffs.

I eat Total Vanilla Yogurt everyday for breakfast.

My favorite cereal is rice crispies with either bananna or dried cranberries. Other then that it's rason brand

when i was a kid my favorite was cinnamen toast crunch
