| My new (FIRST) guitar from Christmas 2009 I just got this guitar for Christmas 2009.
As a keyboardist, I've wanted to learn guitar for 22 yrs!
NOW! I can learn with GREAT anticipation and use this instrument for God's glory!!
As i lead a Children's Worship band, I just need to "catch up" with our 5th grade guitarist!
She's GOOD and has a great heart for God!!!!

| My main guitar and the first guitar that had come into my possession. Cost 120$ I think. I stripped all the electronics out of my old Ibanez Prestige and threw them in this baby with a new pickguard.
Sounds good, and its a sexy guitar I think. Although the action is weird due to slight neck warping and a new nut. Plan on getting it re-fretted in the future, or a new neck all together. |

| This is our music room:
The drum set is my sons. He uses Zilzian ZBT and Sabian cymbols, Aquarian Heads, a DW5000 double bass pedal, The shells are Pulse.
I use a Mesa/Boogie 4 x 12 3/4 back cab with a Digitech 2120 preamp and a Marshall Valvestate 120/120 for power. I play my Jackson Professional the most and I use the Fender Strat for drop tunnings. My acoustic is a Yamaha APX6.
The PA is 2 JBL SRX 725's, 2 Yamaha SW118V subs and a Mackie CFX16 MKII mixer with a QSC PLX2 3602 power amp.
The original 1985 Marshall Micro Stack is my daughters. Bought it in 1986. Gave it to her when she was 4. She also has a Squier Strat.

| Cool stuff--here;s my first guitar--an old MIJ classical with beautiful grain on the sides, and a sound I like.

Then my Mom went and bought a rummage sale find so she could learn. I got it set up best I could and I put some .11's on there. I thought the heavier strings might help with keeping it in tune. I think my theory is working because it's staying in tune pretty well.

| here's my first electric--a MIJ Les Paul copy.
I took off the pickguard to see the grain--and the cream doesn't match the pickup rings.
I also put on the speed knobs, instead of the witch hats it came with.
And I removed the pickup covers.
The poker chip is not original either, and the original machine heads broke, so they were replaced.
Since this picture I have replaced the nut & put on black rings, and I am planning on putting int new pickups and setting it up for slide.
But for a few years, this was my main guitar-
