Ok, here's the dillio....I'm not sure what fret, or even what strings he does it on (don't have my g-tar with me

), but here's the basic technique:
e-----10--------|-------------------------
B-----10b12---|--------10--------------
G----------------|--or---10b12---------
D----------------|-------------------------
A----------------|-------------------------
E----------------|-------------------------
What that means is, you strike both strings (e and B) at the 10th fret and you bend the lower string up a whole step (so it sounds like the note at the 12th fret). Or, you strike the B and the G string and bend the G string up a whole note.
I'm not sure what fret he uses, but I'm pretty sure it's on the two high strings.
