Well, I suppose I could go through the whole thing and try to explain to you how to read sheet music. But even if I did... that wouldn't help you learn how to play the piano.... it would just help you learn how to read sheet music.
My advice.... take at least a FEW piano lessons. If nothing else, talk to your church's piano player and see if they'd be willing to help you out with some of the basic stuff. If you've never played piano before... I STRONGLY advise getting at least some help with the basics. Things I consider "basics":
How to read sheet music (both clefs)
Which piano keys correspond to which notes
What chords are and how to form them
All of the chords in the keys of C, D, F, and G (minors AND majors)
(The most important of those chords would be C, D, F, G, A, and Bb major and A, B, D, E, F#, and G minor)
How to play simple melodies in the right hand with simple bass lines in the left hand

You can't play guitar TABS, but you can play guitar CHORDS. This is why I told you to have somebody teach you all those chords. Learning how to form chords on the piano and what chords go in what keys will help you immensely as you're learning to play piano.
Anyway... hope this helps. I really do advise getting at least a few piano lessons...... you may think it's a waste of time, but it will help IMMENSELY.
