I now have a 6x6 medium format camera!!

It's a Pentacon Six TL (later model) that I picked up for $160 off ebay... it took forever to get here because it was shipped from the Ukraine. Just in time for my church's grand opening of our first building this weekend.

I love, love, loooooove medium format film. I never even knew what it was until our photographer at work did a photo shoot for my band and showed me what it was capable of with some example photos. When I developed the slides of our photo shoot I was just blown away. I recently bought a Holga from www.lomography.com that shoots medium format and adds its own naturally wonderful saturation and vignetting that just screams character in its photos. Gotta get it out again soon and take a couple rolls I hope. My new(old...like yours!) Pentax K-1000 fights for my attention, too, when I reach for a manual camera, though. Choices!
