War Card Games
Does anyone know of a strategy game that uses a standard deck?

Well, there's always classic War.

Divide the deck in half between two people. Each person flips over a card, highest card takes the trick. If the cards tie, lay three cards facedown and flip over a fourth. Again, highest card takes it all. Continue until one person holds all the cards.
