yea i would say Zao...they are more just plain heavyness, opposed to fast stuff..

I dont know who the heaviest would be..Seein how alot of them are close to equal..Perhaps Crimson Moonlight.

I don't see why so many people think The Chariot are so heavy. My vote goes to Horde, Crimson Moonlight, and Antestor.

I think Spoken is pretty heavy, as is underoath. But my favourites are P86 and Blindside.

UnderOath really isn't that heavy. They scream, but that doesn't make them heavy.

As far as I know, I'd agree with those who said Zao. I'm sure there's heavier Christian bands out there, but they're probably still local bands, so I don't know about them.

Symphony In Peril, (old) Nodes Of Ranvier, Becoming The Archetype, August Burns Red, Sinai Beach. There's a few bands that (I think) are heavier than ZAO that aren't local, and now you've heard of them.

Ive seen almost all of those live and I think Zao and NIV are propably the heaviest just from what I have seen. Figure four used to give all those a run for their money though.
