The huge freaking difference is that Con Air was suppose to be over-the-top and not to be taken too seriously. Big dumb actions moves are suppose to have lame tough guy lines. Something cheesy and stupid belongs in Con Air. It doesn't belong in Star Wars.

That is true. The Con Air line made me laugh, whereas the Star Wars one made me hang my head in shame.
