Hello! I've never been anywhere but the U.S., but I really want to go travel...everywhere...but anyway, I just wanted to say hey...I'm from Louisiana.

I come from the tiny little island of Guernsey (It's on the coast of northern France but we're still British) where we have £1 notes so your wallets don't get too thick. how cool is that!

By the way we're a million times better than Jersey!

some bands from england that i like,
Delirious (obvious one), Phatfish/lou fellingham (love her voice), Steve (now no longer together ), one hundred hours, corban (simon brading band with their old name). Can't think of any others but they are great!

on another note, i'm living in London now, for uni, some awesome churches around london, im currently at ChristChurch London which is an amazing newish church growing pretty fast and just a great spirit lead church.

Just finished my first year studying Medicine at Durham university, and I'm not really enjoying it...wondering whether to keep at it or do something else...something musical perhaps

Yeah Schneb! What church do you go to in Durham? I'm moving up there for an internship with King's church. And (dweeb) are simply awesome. Great guys and I have the amazing pleasure of gigging with them tonight.

As for UK Christian music: (dweeb), Bosh, Brother John, Verra Cruz, Four Kornerz, errr... Steve were amazing!

I've been there twice with school! It's a great land. First time we were in youth hostel 639 (HORRIBLE) the chewinggum was on my cushion! and the shower smelled very, very badly. secon time I stayed in a host family; the Baazier family in London. It was great!

Hey,
Does any of you live in London, and know hoster 639?
I stayed there for one week, two years ago, it was sooooo freaking nasty over there ;-) although it was nasty, we had a lot of fun there. However, I love England, and espacialy Londen . Oxfort an Cambridge are very nice as well ;-)
Bye ;-)

Bit of an old school thread revival. Still into the bands mentioned above, although I spend a lot more time these days listening to blues music.

My old band is recording at the moment which I'm excited about, and I'm hoping that at some point soon some new bands will step into the wake left by delirious?.

Anyways, woo for the uk!
