He was teaming up with Nancy Pelosi a year and a half ago to declare the war unwinnable.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm taking issue with. All the press is talking about what a hawk he is and how he is (or was) such a big supporter of the war, but I can't actually find any evidence that he has supported the Iraq war, at least in the last few years.
