| UC shorthand I suggest using +UC and -UC as shorthand for positive UC and negative UC, respectively.

#7 | | MARRIED!!! | If you have the 'UC' part of the short hand capitalised, it wastes valuable pinky time holding down shift or turning on and off caps lock.
To refine your idea, I suggest -uc and --uc. The last one is a double negative (thus a positive), because in order to create a +, you must hold down shift. |
