Well it certainly has been a while since I've posted in here. I got real busy towards the end of last semester. To recap...I passed all of my classes, I got a job (working under my dad, part-time), I got two traffic tickets, and the youth worship band is working on recording a song we wrote so that it can be used for an outreach television program (of the Sunday morning sermons) our church is about to start doing. Lots going on. So far classes are ok, got some weird professors, like my German professor and my physics professor. But they're still cool.

If you appreciate higher-order creativity, you should check out this conversation between me and the youth worship team leader, Chad. We usually send each other about 5 emails each day, our own CPF sort of speak, usually centered around our word of the days from w-m.com and dictionary.com. As you can see, one thing led to another.

Until next time, whenever that will be...

ChI'll (the h is pronounced as a velar fricative) (haha, another one of Chad and my inside jokes)

Wow, time flies.

Well the worship band, now called The Gate, got the song recorded and it's up on several sites (see sig) for your listening pleasure.

Only about two more weeks until I'm done with this semester. Classes have been going ok. Some better than others. Overall, pretty good. I'm looking forward to next semester though.

That's it for now.

I'm back

Well it's been quite a while since I've posted anything in my journal...or CGR in general. But I think I'll be back more regularly.

So, there's been a lot to update...
#1 I've graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering
#2 I've moved to South Jersey because my post-graduation job offer for the Lockheed Martin in Owego, NY disappeared with the cancellation of the Presidential helicopter program. Now I'm at the Lockheed Martin in Mooresotwn, NJ working on software for the Coast Guard's national security cutter.
#3 I got married this August But my wife has to finish her senior year of nursing in NY, so we only get to see each other on the weekend

I still play guitar, but with moving to NJ and everything else that's been happening lately, I haven't played with other musicans in several months It's hard to go from playing with the church worship team every week to just...nothing.

I've improved a lot with web design and have created several websites in the past few years. I'm trying to work on making a website for myself, but I have two other websites that I'm trying to build for other people, so it's tough to make time for mine. My friend and I have gotten really good at working together to make websites. I'm the organized, optimizing, innovative code developer, while he's the creative, graphical design genius. So we balance each other out.

That's all for now, since I go in to work early.

Kyle
