Need a kind help from someone who draws portraits on paper from a photography

Need kind help from someone who draws portraits on paper from a photography
If one of you people who can draw well has time. I need help for a birthday card project idea I had.
I can't pay too much for the work itself, but I will pay for shipping of this thing.

Anyways, the idea is to draw a sketchy yet recognizable and gentle portrait of someone I know on a birthday card. Since I can't really draw that well, I'm seeking for help
