does anyone have blueprints or whow were i could find them on how to make a go-cart out of a 3.5 hp lawn mower engine (i know that a horizontal drive shaft is best, but all i have is an old lawn mower)

You have two options:


1. Drive the lawn mower.

2. Buy a 600 class sportbike and use that powertrain to make a crazy awesome go-cart.

Things to buy:

-solid rear axle
-chain drive and sprocket to connect horizontal shaft from motor to axle
-a gokart

I stuck two engines on a gokart once, good until one cluth stared going faster than the other and I started to spin in circles then flip.
