#1 | | impecunious | Photography Manipulation Here be the place to post your photos that have had a copious amount of digital manipulation (beyond that of mere colour and lighting adjustments).
I don't have anything spectacular at the moment, but here are a couple of photos I editted just before, as examples of what sort of photography goes in this thread as opposed to the other photography threads in this forum.
A pic of my guitar surrounded by random stuff.
Stairs. (rather bland, methinks).
Happy shooting, everyone. I'm so lame. |

Maybe something similar in feel to this:
It would more interesting than just a mirrored staircase.

| Or maybe a Jerry Uelsmann sort of creation. The dude is one of my heroes. He rocks. You might not know the name, but practically everybody's seen his stuff. He does the shots that combine two or more photos into one surreal image. One most people have seen has an escalator leading upstairs with ocean waves coming up and lapping at the bottom of the escalator. There's another popular one that shows a downtown city scene with a cutaway underground that shows a library beneath the surface. Check him out: http://www.uelsmann.net/

That's so...awesome! It gave me ideas.
For an assignment in my music class, I have to design a website (I even registered it) promoting my music (not that it's anything 'spectacular'). One of the musical fragments I put on there as a sample is called 'Pile Of Excrement'. Forgive my morbid title.
Anyways, I hastily designed a cover for the single release of that song just before. It's weird. |

Here's another manipulation of myself. I'm a messy slightly-condensed-cranberry-juice drinker.
