#1 | | impecunious | Recent Scribbles This thread is similar to Recent Pics in GD, except you post recent scribbles/drawings/digital manipulations of drawings.
I finished this one a few minutes ago. This is my second ever shot at drawing 'anime'. I don't know much about it, the only shows I've ever seen are 'Pokemon' and 'Dragonball Z', but I have seen a whole lot of fan art on the net. I kind of know what the style is meant to look like, but I've never really learnt how to draw it. I hope it looks OK.
What I did was I drew it as 'lineart' with pens, scanned it, made the white transparent then coloured it in from a layer underneath. I finished it up with a crappy gradient and a speech bubble for utter randomness. As you can see, it's just a rough drawing.
Woo!
This was an image floating around in my mind that I was impelled to sketch on a piece of paper.
This one isn't very recent, but I like it. I coloured it in with a black pencil.
Happy Wafers! |

Freaky. It's like the girl from The Ring. Freaky. I like her finger. It's like she's about to put a hex on somebody. Cool use of shadow to define form. They must be an alternative rock band; they're not smiling. Sometimes you make no sense. This makes you incredibly awesome.
In His love,

Magan all your drawings and sketches are awesome. I would post some but I don't have a scanner, and I haven't really sat down to do a sketch or drawing in years, besides the doodles on my hand one in a while. |

#12 | | impecunious | Someone else should seriously post something they've drawn in here.
Someone asked me to draw this for a Youth newsletter a little while ago. I thought the trees came out alright. |
