Good point. The more I think about it, the more unlikely it is that Miyamoto would condescend to make a game about something that's not his own creation.

That said, I demand w-w-w-wizard duels! With fake Latin spells! And if you're not going to do HP, throw in pointy hats and long robes with lots of moons and stars on them! I think HP needs more of those anyway.

um....didnt they use Mario, and Donkey Kong, and the Pokemon for a while ( not at the same time, but u get what im sayin)

Yes they did. They also made all of those characters.

yes they did, but all of them in some way were, and still are(coughMario) in some way mascots of nintendo.
Harry Potter will never be nintendos mascot.........they cant stoop that far
