Thats the first thing I thought when I saw the title and then what it was about.Shall and should carrie different cannotations to different people so its not always the same.

Sounds scammerific to me.

And this is weird, from their ToS:

I'm suspicious of the intent of the original poster. If you'll notice, the link was one that gives *someone* a referral for the site. I'm not saying it is the original poster who gets credit, but either way I got rid of the referral part of the link. What's left should still take you to the exact same place.
