Casting Crowns Stained-glass "Masquarade"

Could one of ya'll do a chord chart of Stained-glass Masquarade By Casting Crowns. I really just need the last chord of the verse because it's really REALLY buggin' me!

as far as i can tell the vs to this song goes A#min-C#-G#-F# for the 2 intro vs,s then the 4 or so singing vs,s go F#-C#-G#-A#min then right before the chorus they play an Fmaj natural as a leading tone to F#maj which begins the chorus progression.

ps; im not 100% sure about the A#minor
