but I know what you mean cause it seems sometimes like the jerks are always with the nice girls....oh well Just pray and God will make it happen in his time.

My best advice is to stop looking for a girl. Seek God first.

I felt the exact same way you did. Didn't have a girlfriend for nearly 5 years. Now I've met the girl of my dreams.

Dont Join GSF so quick. Maybe you need a break to heal from girls. I got married recently. I suck at Sports and if you ask me, I don't look so hot. In fact I have an unbearable permanent 5 O'clock shadow that is there constantly.

You may be upset, but really, it sounds like you need to just relax, be yourself, and don't try too hard, but remain open. Family should never be the motivation as to your marriage. Tell them to stop asking you. If you don't, they will just keep dogging you about it.

This is so true. I never sought my girlfriend out -- I met her on a mission trip and we decided to 'go steady' after the trip. The other girl who I *was* pursuing on the mission trip -- well, it didn't work out.

God's plans and your plans don't have to be opposites -- pray for the ability to see His will for your life.

Im sure you people remember my story, now Im concentrating on God and His will for my life, and Ive never been happier. I say stay single and consetrate on God and what you want and worry about the whole girl thing when its time to get ready for marriage.

don't worry....you will find the girl for you...it may even be as simple as you might be in the wrong part of the globe(i'm not saying move)....don't give up....girls really do like nice guys....
