I dont understand why my thread was deleted. it was about sex and i put explixit in the title, yet it was deleted. they told me it was because kids go on this site and people dont want their kids reading it yet they write about how they want to kill themselves and how they r slitting their wrists and about porn and other things that are a lot worse than sex. sex is natural, sex is beautiful, and sex is confusing to teenagers, so why try to shield it from them, all they are going to do is go and get pregnet. why isnt there a special forum for people with tough questions, like about sex, sucide and other things that kids shouldnt read about?

When concerning things of an explicit nature, such as your thread, we encourage member to PM one of the moderators that is of the same gender as yourself, to talk to.

I agree with you that sex is a beautiful thing, but only when shared between a husband and wife. Your thread was deemed too explicit for the majority of the members here on CGR due to the detail in which you went into. If you simply post asking about how to get over sexual thoughts in general and not go into such detail, then it would be allowed. We simply ask our members to use discretion when posting about issues they are dealing with, especially those sexual in nature.

Just a thought, since you mention self abuse, something I am unfortunatlly quite familiar with... It is just as unwise and I'm sure would not be exceptable, to describe on a forum how someone SI's. They can say they cut, they can say they cut deep, but if you go into too much details about the process and such, then a thread could be dangerious to others who you are giving ideas to.

So, I think the same principle aplys to the self abuse threads, as does to threads about sex.. too much detail isn't good.
