Under the table jobs since like 12 or something. Been a cook, custodian, painter.

"Real" job? Still no go at 23 despite much trying. Most frustrating thing about my life, sometimes seems like God is supernaturally keeping it from happening for some reason.

I started babysitting when I was 12, it wasn't what most of you consider a "real job" apparently but I worked pretty consistently and made good money in my pocket. I was 16 when I got my first "real" job at a party rental place.

Mowed lawns and mended pasture fences at 14. At 16, I worked in a commercial chemistry lab boiling human urine down to a concentrate, then measured heavy metals in what remained. Smelliest job I ever had- the vent hoods never got that scent out of my over-sized nose.

I started off babysitting and doing some light house cleaning. My first real job was as a freelance writer/web designer at 18.

I started off helping my step dad with his pressure cleaning bussiness. $10 an hour, 1-5 hour jobs...good money. My boss was a butt though, and I have since learned to never work with family. 10-13.

I played bongos and acoustic guitar at a local restaraunt for a while. Two nights a week. We would get tips, and we also got paid fifty bucks a night. I usually walked out of their with about $30. 14

Now, I'm a bagboy at winn-dixie. No fun. Liked my second job better. 15

My first paying job after mowing lawns was to load clay birds in a trap house for tournaments at a gun club. It was nuts.
