Ingredients
1 2-cup portion Mexican Meat Mix, thawed
1/2 cup salsa
4 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 large green or red sweet pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup sliced green onion
2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (8 ounces)
Tortilla chips
Frozen avocado dip, thawed (optional)
Dairy sour cream (optional)
Pickled jalapeno peppers or pepperoncini peppers (optional)
