Does anyone make it? If so, what are some of your favorite dishes/recipes?

my whole family does.. hehe, i guess anything we cook is technically indian food

Do you have any recipes you could share? Or even just some general ideas of the kind of spices and cooking methods you use.

the only ones i remember are paparika and coriander, i'll try asking my mom about others.

I love indian food. The standard curry, roti, samosas.
I've attempted to make my own curries, and they were alright, but not so great.
