Sin City

I've never been into comics, but I loved movie so much that I got some of the comics. Well, they have been quite awesome so far, I've read part of The Big Fat Kill and That Yellow Bastard. Awesome stuff.

What I've read of the Sin City series (which is everything but two stories) is easily the best stuff I've read, hands-down.

I'm torn. I have the three that were in the movie and I kind of don't want to read the others before I see the next movie, however blasphemous that may be.

I would have to recommend you read the graphic novels first - and not just because I'm a comic-book fan. As accurate as the movie was to the source material, it left a lot out of the stories simply because of time constraints, and because of this the pacing was also too fast, and it also had kind of a cheesy/campy tone that I didn't notice in the comics. I thought the movie was great, but I'm really glad I experienced the stories first by reading them in their original form. (It should also be noted that I'm a much bigger fan of film than I am of comic books.)

I'll have to consider that then. Apparently the next film is only one story.

Sorry for the long dead thread resurrect, but I didn't want to make a new one.
Today I traded in a bunch of old archie, richie rich and charlie brown comics and got in return the full Big Kill story, and so far (after the first two) I was very, very impressed.
Are they all this good?

The Big Kill is probably my favorite, but yes, they are all amazing.
