| Ahh, its nice to post from a computer and not my phone. We're going hiking to see a waterfall today. It will be nice to get outside. There's a bear around this mountain thats been getting progressively more aggressive in its late night trash can raids. Apparently its climbing on cabin balconies now. And also the game warden around these parts wont do anything about it.
Trip's really good so far. I'm trying not to think about the fact that I have boxes and crap all over my room that i will have to clean as soon as I get back.
Ax, shoot me a text or something if you are still wanting to come over here and grab a beer. Like, seriously, that would be really badass.
I'm getting a LOT of good inspiration. I should be able to write a really good concept album or two when I get back. Anyway, off to the hike! |

| Get me an address... it really depends on how long of a drive it would be. |

So a black bear cub was checking out our cabin. It was messing with the bottom floor balcony and watching us as we watched it. We took over nine thousaaaaaaand pictures and then scared it away with some firecrackers so it wouldn't bother us in the hot tub downstairs. |

| Bears are cool, yet uncool at the same time. We apparently have some around where I live. I've never seen any in my 22 years on this planet, but would like the ability to just once. Of course, I think it's mainly because they don't come this far down out of the mountains unless they are really looking for food. I don't remember it, but they tell a story of how a black bear got into the trash can on Sunday evening at our church's parsonage. There are people that saw it, but like I said, I don't remember it. Though, it'd be sweet.

I had a terrible night last night. My stress level is astronomical anymore and apparently not even a nice vacation is enough to get my mind off things. I'm a strange person when it comes to sorting out my own thoughts. I often have a very difficult time figuring out what it is I truly want in life. The most difficult is regarding my girlfriend. There are times I think we'd be better off if we weren't together. Immediately after thinking that though I realize just how much she truly means to me. I mean, she is sweet, caring, and she truly loves me deeply. And I love her. I really do. More than anything in the world. I know its just the stress of my life, of my having no job and no money, that makes me think the way I do sometimes. Maybe I'm just freaking out because I'm so used to things going wrong in my life and she's the only thing going right. She is going through many similar things and she feels the same way, that I'm the only thing going right. And I know that both of us would be devastated without each other right now. I was shaking and even crying last night and I still don't fully know why. Thank goodness I managed to get a cell signal strong enough to call her. I got five hours of sleep, but I think I'm going to be alright today. I would really appreciate prayer. I need things to start going right for me. I can't live the way I'm living anymore.
Otherwise, this vacation is going well. I'm growing closer with my family. I haven't been close to them in a long, long time. We had a very stressed relationship due to conflicting personalities. I'm hoping a lot of good will come out of this. As much as we don't get along, I know I love my family and they love me, and we're trying as best as we can.
No idea what the plan is today. I'm claiming my unemployment weeks right now and the site is going mind-numbingly slow. |

| Prayer you say? You've got. I'll be praying for you and all that seems to be going both wrong and right and that you'll have a good, restful vacation.

On a side note, I just noticed that I passed 3,000 posts. I still thought I was in the late 2000's until like just now. |

I was semi excited when I hit 2,000. Now it feels like I've been here forever. I can't even begin to imagine having 20,000 or something like that. I have been around on this site for years and don't have that many posts. For some reason I never took advantage of the "New Posts" option for sometime because I would just go to the few forums that I actually felt like visiting. Thus, I have a feeling I missed out on quite a few good threads during that time. Oh well, I was young and naive, oh, and I think we had dial-up for the majority of that time.

People like Art and Bill are just showing off. Hear that Art? Bill? "Oh, look at me, I can post a lot LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!"
I kid, I kid. Please don't change my username.
Seriously though. Its strange. I still remember when no one knew who I was. And as I post more and spend more time on IRC I'm getting to know a lot of really awesome people here on CGR, and they all live very far away from me, which really sucks sometimes because everyone I know on here would be really awesome to hang out with. Perhaps its time for a CGR fest for the people that live at the very least in my geographical region. When I do a national tour, every single one of you who is in a city I'm in better be there to chill.
Alright, my dad needs the computer now so we can figure out what the heck we're going to do today, so I'll check back in later. |
