Newsboys Drum solo?

Hey everyone-

I've heard that the Newsboys had a dualing drum solo.. is this true? If so, what CD was it on?

yeah they have a drum solo, i dont know if its on a cd...its on the video live-a night in pennsylvania at the end of truth be known, its also on wow 200 the music videos

When i saw them live.......their singer(who was the old drummer) and the current drummer each had their own drum set next to each other. The strapped themselves in and the platform they were on began to spin, then rise, then do like flips........ it was awesome. I have it on video tape

I think you can find it on one of the DVD's they put out. ive seen it on TV.

Yeah, I saw them in concert several years ago. I think it was on the Take Me to Your Leader tour. But they had a drum duet thingy. It was awesome. I've never seen anything like that. That was probably the best concert I've even been to. They put on a great show, but still give it all to God.

peter furler used to be their drummer? i didnt know that. they did the drum solo all three times i have seen them, and i have it on a cd.

By far that was one of the better drum solos I have ever seen in my life.

When you get the chance to see that solo, wear a muzzle around your jaw so that it doesn't get hurt when it falls to the ground.

You'll be amazed!
