Could Abraham have actually killed Isaac??

I was doing a google search looking for something concerning a different thread and I came across this web site, http://www.yourarmstoisrael.org/Arti...e_isacc&type=4..... Has anyone ever heard this argument before that says that Abraham actually killed Isaac but did not burn him??

Nope. I'm going to go with the Bible's account on this one.

Eh, given the fact that I'm sure everyone disagrees with this... I'm not buying it.

Gen 22:9-12

Quote:
"When they came to the place of which God had told him, Abraham built an altar there and arranged the wood on it. Next he tied up his son Isaac, and put him on top of the wood on the altar.
Isaac's not dead yet.

Quote:
Then he reached out and took the knife to slaughter his son.
Abe hasn't committed the act yet.

Quote:
But the LORD'S messenger called to him from heaven, 'Abraham, Abraham!' 'Yes, Lord,' he answered. ' Do not lay your hand on the boy," said the messenger. "Do not do the least thing to him. I know now how devoted you are to God, since you did not withhold from me your own beloved son.'"
Angel stops Abe and tells him "Do not the LEAST thing to Him" I see no reason to believe he did otherwise.
