(dumb thing) I want help getten back and interested with guitars!

Ok, I use to be so involved with guitars, I would play my guitar ALOT, I would go online looken for tabs, looken for electric guitars ect. (some of you guys probably remember all my spam about electric guitars) but now, I almost never play my guitar, I never do like research for guitars, or anything... I just really wanna get back into guitars again, I doubt anyone/anything could help me, I just wanted to try.

Now that I think about it, and new (*cough* free *cough*) Fender Standard Strat would help.

Heya,

The trick, is to enjoy it. Find something new to learn, and keep doing that - if you stop learning, it just gets boring.

There is a chord section on this site. If you just look on the main page at the top near guitar tabs there is a section.

Give me $400, and I'll get you a Fender Standard Strat free!

If you want to give it a shot, learning about guitar electronics is cool, and modding your guitar with cheap little parts from RadioShack is downright addictive.

Random jacks, switches, capacitators, the little piezo units. It's fun stuff. I can tell you about something if you want to do something specific.

If its not an acoustic/electric then there would be no point...

Even if it is acoustic/electric... there's still really no point...

Modding is much more an electric thing.

Easy enough, just get a piezo and slap in a jack. Its slightly more involved than that, but I am not good at explaining this type of thing, so I will leave it to someone else, but doing that could be done for cheap. If nobody chimes in with instructions I will write some up later.

I kinda wanna make it a real acoustic/electric, like with the control panel thingy on top (volume, tone, bass... ect. (if those things are even on it)) na di dont want a thingy cover 1/4 of my soundhole, but I still want it to sound good... I was also wondering, what exactly wood I need to do that? if possible pelase post links to sites that sale them, and I would liek good, electronics, I only have like 200$ to spend

I don't think that you could get an in-body electronics system installed for $200. Besides, they'd have to chop out a big piece of wood to put it in there.
