OK, i do not have a good relationship with ym mom and she has this disorder called manic depression adn she smokes nad drinks and then she blames it all on her disorder when she hurs me or my feelings PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO!!!!!

I think you need to find someone in the real world to confide in. You're not going to find the kind of help you need here on an internet message board. Go to someone in your church and talk with them.

thats the thing, i have. My mom puts on this act when she is around other ppl and then when she finds out i told someone she rips all over me

I'd also suggest some professional, Christian counseling for yourself. Manic depression is really really hard to deal with. It's going to be hard for us to fix your problems here. Don't get any of us wrong, we would really like to help you, but regular counseling will probably help much more. We can pray for you.
