| Sort of a long-term prayer for a friend... I just saw a friend that I had from highschool today for the first time in at least a year or so. When I asked her how she was doing, she said [very nonchalantly], "Oh, I'm getting ready to leave for Kazakhstan." She's going there with some group (I think it was Campus Crusade For Christ) to do some mission work. It sounded like a really interesting trip. She said they're actually focusing on building relationships with people there instead of simply going door-to-door or building new churches or stuff like that. In any event, I don't remember exactly when she said she was leaving, but she did say that she wouldn't be getting back 'til sometime in August. If you keep a prayer list / journal or whatever, I'm sure she'd appreciate your prayers over the next two to three months. Her name is Stephanie.
In His love,
Nate
