We as humans spend a lot of time trying to discover the answers and not enough time simply asking the questions. Here is a thread to ask questions that have been on your mind, without having to worry about the answers. This isn't the questions only thread, nor is it the Ask Jay Anything thread; it's just a place for you to air out your most difficult questions. Forget about the answers.

What is the deal with public computers? Why do they hardly ever work? How do the mice on them get so screwed up? Do people treat their own computers this way? Why don't people treat public goods the same way they treat private goods? Can't people see that if you abuse public goods, you're harming yourself AND others? Isn't that worse than simply abusing private goods and harming yourself?
