people used to think I was a boy until I specifically put in my user text that I am a girl. plus, I think having my pic in my avvy helps to let people know I am not a man.

I sometimes have difficulty telling whether someone's a guy or girl, but not too often. usually after reading a few posts I can tell...guys and girls write pretty differently, for the most part.

ya...people don't usually mistake me for a guy because my user name has my name in it. So i'd say thats it pretty obvious but i have mistaken others for the opposite gender.

For the record, I am female. Either that, or growing up as "Julia" has made me very confused.

I think that the only way someone on here could assume that I am male would be after encountering the Galatia Rule of Gender Identity. That is, usernames on CGR need not have any connection to who the user actually is.
