Legalizing Wet Willies - A Sweatsock's Point of View

This Friday I'm giving a speech on legalizing wet willies for common use in the United States. I've honestly been divided on this issue for a long time and for those of you that remember me I've always been fairly conservative. I know there are several of you here that take this stance and I'd like to know what you think. What are some websites (preferably from a sweatsocks perspective) that I can go to and get some research done.

I know this is a heated topic and is MUCH debated in and out of the gym.

Exactly. One time I was on a trip, these kids were doing "stink fingers", so this one kid who wanted to be cool, decided to get a stink finger. Then all of a sudden he yells, "WET WILLIE!" and pulls out a finger, which repels everyone. Then I ask,
"Isn't that the same finger you used for the 'stink finger'"
And he said 'Yes' And went into complete shock, you should have seen his face.
