that is crazy. it would be cool to try that. seems like it could really give a different sound

bobthecockroach 12-19-2002 06:07 PM

Listen to the demos if ya haven't.. the bow effect sounds awesome.

Pete_H 12-19-2002 09:35 PM

I'm gonna buy a trio set. Hey I've spent $20 on worse things in my life, I'll give it a shot.

happygrrl 12-19-2002 10:01 PM

yeah it sounds really cool. Too bad it's like a gazillion times the price of a regular pick. I would try one though...

gg7 12-19-2002 10:11 PM

that's VERY cool..i'm considering tyring one!
but i must say if it didn't last long i probably wouldn't buy another b/c that's awfully pricey...

d0c_99 12-19-2002 10:41 PM

i checked out the demo... i'm not that impressed

the 'chorus' doesn't sound like a chorus or a 12 string

the 'pluck' does sound like a dulcimer somewhat but heck, i don't want my guitar to sound like a dulcimer

and the 'bow' it doesn't not sound like a bowed instrument
i'd get the ebow for that if i really wanted a bowed guitar sound

DarylB 12-19-2002 10:45 PM

it would be interesting to play with one though the site seems to give alot of hype so as "Totally transform your guitars sound!" and stuff, i'd like to here from someone who has actually used it though

Well.. you're gonna have to tell us what you think when you get it. :yep:

Looks interesting, but I don't think I'd pay $10 (USD, too, I'm assuming) for one.

Yeah, I'll let everyone know how it is when I get it. It may not be for awhile though. I just sold my amp on e-bay and the guy paid with a personal check, so I have to wait for it to clear first. No extra cash laying around, ya know Christmas and all.

Superman 12-21-2002 10:43 AM

That looks like that would be hard to get used to...

bobthecockroach 12-21-2002 01:57 PM

I dunno, they say it's easy but that's cos they're trying to sell it, lol

Creation 12-22-2002 11:21 PM

Those look like they'd screw up my strings and I don't want to spend 10 bucks on something I'll probably lose in a few weeks.

thesteve 12-22-2002 11:25 PM

it sounds closer to a 12 than a chorus effect.
The only way that sounds like chorus is if you have the rate set rather high.
