Mike Graham I don't know about whether they are rancid, but the meat looks like hamburger patties to me, not piles...

Nate "slabs"?? Those look like piles of (probably rancid, considering the ad and the greyness of the meat) ground beef to me.

I guess this isn't inappropriate, but I found it a bit disgusting/unnerving.
