How Do You Properly Post Tabs?

I visited the "post tab" thing and tried to paste a microsoft word tab that I wrote, but then it got wierd on me. It showed the tab lines as one line, and totally screwed up the whole thing.

Does anyone know an easy way to fix this problem?
I would appreciate it.
