Dogwood: Seismic

The new dogwood cd is coming out on January 28th!

just 13 days.

It's going to be called Seismic, and from the songs I've heard, it sounds like it will be great!!!!!!

It's not quite like any of their stuff so far. The songs i have heard are better than the ones on matt Aragon, and most of the ones on More than Conquerors and Building a better me. It's different than all of them. Closest to Building a better me, but he sings more like he does on Matt Aragon

I got the Sesmic cd. The songs aren't that great except for 1 or 2 of them. The band sounds tired when they play. I don't know if that makes sense. After Matt Aragon the band hasn'e been making very good cds. I like track 9 though.

its nothing like building a better me, that cd is their best so far, matt aragon sucked, and seismic is dope...their tired?? are you retarted? i think so cause they seem to have put a lot more effort into this album then matt aragon but no more then building a better me...seismic is dope

I know. Those songs I heard weren' actually from seismic. They were never put on an album, so I was confused adn I thought they would be on Seismic.

IMO, Seismic, Absolution, and Faith are the best songs on the CD

sanctuary and flowersoondie r prolly the songs you're talking about. they were from seperate compilation albums and if the band sounds tired it's cuz at the time sean was leaving and danny had just joined and jason was just leaving so they were goin through alot of changes......and hey! sanctuary rocks!

lol i don't think seismic really sounds like any of the other albums do to the fact it was recorded w/ two guitar players both of whom were new and also because the music was written half and half by jason, the old bassist on his way out, and danny on his way in.

I think the next album they put out should be really interesting because Josh is getting into some really deep areas in his writing, andrew the new drummer has a different style than russell, danny plays alternates w/ open chords alot to get a diff sound, and destro......well he's just really zen on stage (if u've seen them lately u know wut i mean.....he literally chills while he's playing.)
